unhide cells programatically
I am using excel 2000. I have a list of people starting in cell 9, the a
list of activities for than person starting in cell c11. The activity lists change and vary in length each day. Then I have another person and their activity. I would like to place a button in the cell which contains each persons name and when clicked I would like it to unhide only their activity. How would you suggest I do this? Thanks in advance. David |

David,
Not sure exactly what your data layout looks like or how flexible you can be, but have you tried the Group, Ungroup, and Show Outline Symbols commands. They are on the Data menu bar, or you can add them to your toolbars for easier use. They can be accessed from VBA once you have figured out if they will do what you need.
