Sum in pivot tabels
 

Hi,

I am experincing a problem when I am draging and dropping to a
pivottable. I would like to have "Sum of" but I get "Number of". When
you drag and drop 15 times it takes a longe time to change.

Is there a way to change all the "Number of" to "Sum of".

Make sure that all the data for that button is actually stored as numbers
and blanks are filled with zeros. Then the default will be Sum of.
