Creating PDF Files

Hello Everyone!

I'm trying to create pdf files that are a copy of a sheet
in an excel workbook. According to a friend of mine I
should be able to download a "pdf dll" that will enable
me to create these files without needing Adobe Acrobat.
Unfortunately I can't find out this dll on anywhere on
the web.

Once I have the dll I was hoping someone might be able to
help me with code that could create the pdf files.

Can anyone help?

TIA

Sxx

Sophie,

Gord Dibben has frequently responded that he has been able to do it using
GhostScript. Here is a typical post on the subject http://tinyurl.com/4sbo6

And someone else recently posted that saving to a .pdf is built into OpenOffice.

(http://www.openoffice.org, a 60-65 meg download or a CD)

(I didn't try/verify this.)

Coincidentally, I saw an article in the paper that mentioned CutePDF.
http://www.cutepdf.com/

I've never used this, either.

David McRitchie has lots of links at the bottom of this page, too:
