After placing the Web Components (9.0) spreadsheet object in a userform,
executing the userform gives the message

"This application is about to initialize ActiveX controls that might be
unsafe. If you trust the source of this file, select OK and the controls will
be initialized using your current workspace settings"

This also occurs when the userform is terminated. What am I doing wrong?
(Excel 2000)

Also, any sites out there with good examples of this web component used in
Excel userforms?
