Internet Explorer question - Trace to new image
Using Internet explorer from VBA, I log on to a site. As soon as that
happens, the site spawns another IE process. Once that happens, I use .quit to end the first IE process. But is there a way to connect to the new IE process that was just spawned? |

Tim
I haven't tried it, but I wonder if using GetObject after you quit would get that instance. Dim IE as InternetExplorer.Application Set IE = New InternetExplorer.Application IE.Do something to create new instance IE.Quit Set IE = Nothing Set IE = GetObject(,"InternetExplorer.Application") Something to try, anyway. -- Dick Kusleika Excel MVP Daily Dose of Excel www.dicks-blog.com Tim Coddington wrote: Using Internet explorer from VBA, I log on to a site.
