trigger an EVENT when the value in a cell changes?
I am monitoring inputs from a PLC using OPC server software. I want a change
in state in an input to trigger an EVENT in Excel so I can activate a SubProcedure. I have tried an IF-then in a cell, using the monitored input to no avail. Public Sub OpDataEntry_Change(ByVal Target as Range) If Target.Address = ("BR12") Then '("BR12" is the IF..Then cell, which works.) (rest of code) End if End Sub Any suggestions? Regards, Glenn |

Hi
you need a supported event procedure. e.g. worksheet_change or worksheet_calculate.
