Strange request Automaticaly send spread sheet as an e-mail
 

Hi a strange question but I work in China part of the year and England the
remaining time.
I have difficulty in relying on staff in China to send me reports on a
regular basis so I have set up a spread sheet in Excel and would like to
automativaly send it to my e-mail adress on say a weekly or monthly basis.

Is this possible and if so how

Hi Gill,

I suggest not to send emails automatically, but to give your colleagues a
precise checklist.
