How do I open Access database from Excel
 

I found example code that opens the database, but it is automatically closed
directly after that.
I just want to open an Access database (that starts a form as startup when
you open it) from an Excel form.
But the database must be still open, even when the program code from excel
is finished or Excel is closed.

Look in help at the usercontrol property of the application (Access) object.

I believe if you set this to true, it will stay open.
