Strange window behavior

Do you have a RefEdit control in the workbook?
They can cause all sorts of havoc.

buttons. The window cannot be moved. The command buttons are non-functional.

Not that I know of. I am unfamiliar with RefEdit.

I take it I would have had to put it there, so I don't think so.
