Can anyone tell me where I can find the source code to dynamically
update a menu (a combobox with a list of items that also has an option
of adding and deleting new ones)?

That's one question. Another question is, can anyone tell me how I
can have more than one combobox (to input more than one data) if
necessary (dynamically)?
