Input Date Error Message
 

Basically what I need is some code that will have a message error saying
something like "Invalid Date, Please retry" whenever anything other than a
date is entered in cells c2:c65536.

i know there is an easy way of doing this, but i've coming up blank. can
anyone help me?

Hi

use Data / Validation
to do this:
select column C
choose Data / Validation
on the settings tab under allow - choose Date
set a range
click the Error Alert tab
write a personalised error message
click OK
test it out

I figured that might work. I thought there might be a way without setting a
range. but i'll just use a generic date.
