Searching a list using wildcards
I compile crosswords in the Welsh language and have a list of 40,000+ words.
Is there any way I can get Excel to search the list and return all words matching a given pattern using wildcard symbols, B?DD to return BEDD and BYDD, or B*DD to return all words beginning with B and ending in DD Any help would be greatly appreciated. Phil |
