How to enter the phone no. while the phone rings?
 

I have a database in sheet 1, which contains customers' details - phon
no. and address. in sheet 2, I create a command button which to ente
phone no, then the customer's details would appear.
My problem is that if the computer connected to phone line, while th
phone rings, I like the customer's details would appear on the sheet
with the corresponding phone no, would this work? anybody can help
