InputBox vs. UserForm for Numerical Data Input

Sharad,

I ran all 3 macros on the above WB. Still getting the "1 cycle delay"
problem.
At the beginning of Macro3, I have the following code:

'DELETE CURRENT WORKBOOK
ActiveWorkbook.Close SaveChanges:=False

'OPEN WORKBOOK SAVED PRIOR TO LAST DELETION OF TAX LOTS
Workbooks.Open Filename:="C:\Documents and Settings\Chuck Grob\My
Documents\ORIG LOT LIST.XLS"

My rationale for the above is that Macro3 is part of a loop; in Macro1,
some rows are deleted and then a report is printed; Macro3 is supposed
to receive input from the User and then apply the new value for Level
and paste it into the cell named "PERCENT"; this will lead to a
different set of rows to be deleted (from the original row listing) and
then a new report is printed.

All of this may be irrelevant to my problem

When "stepping thru" Macro3, the default formula remains in "PERCENT"
until the
Range("PERCENT").Value = Level line is executed. At that time, the
previous cycle value is pasted into "PERCENT". (I have no idea where
this value is being stored.)
