Default InputBox vs. UserForm for Numerical Data Input

Sharad,

With your help, my macro has made "light-years" worth of progress.
When inputting a number to the Form, hitting the Enter key twic
"works" as well -- Super (it's the little things that get me excited).

For some reason though, transferring data to my WB is exactly on
"cycle" behind. I think this may have something to do with the Ta
Index Property: the first time I ran the Form this was set to 1 fo
the textbox and 2 for the command button. I had read somewhere tha
the Property should start at 0; so I changed it to 0 for the textbo
and 1 for the command button == same result.

Once more -- Help.
