Macro for Printing Only Displayed Data
I have created an inventory database from which I send info to severa other sheets using Macros recorded while using the Advanced Filte function. The resulting pages, such as Sales Reports and Curren Inventory, can vary in length each time, from 10 to 200 items or more depending on the Criteria I’ve chosen. I have included an IF functio down column A to A400 on each sheet so that it will display the nex consecutive number of each item that appears. I have also selected th Column Titles to be printed at the top of each page. Problem: I am now trying to create Macros connected to a Button o each Sheet that will print only the pages to include the last row i the inventory list or sales report list, and exclude the empty page which I assume Excel seems to include because of the formulas in colum A. Can someone please suggest a Macro which can be adjusted for each page I usually create my macros by “Recording” them but will try to follo your suggestions if I need to “write” them.
