Preserving data formatting when using VLOOKUP
 

Conditional formatting allows for only 3 conditions.
When I have multiple 30 rows of data, each row and column with a
different format, conditional formatting has limited application.
Therefore, programmatic approach seems to be the only viable approach.
Any more takes on this problem? :confused:
