Problem with calling Excel2000 addin in ExcelXP
Hi,
Did anyone experienced the following problem?: My Excel2000 workbook (mywkb.xls) contains the reference to an add-in workbook (myaddin.xla). The addin is "registered" both through Tools-AddIns and Tools-References (in VBA editor). Auto_Open event of mywkb.xls contains calls to macros placed in myaddin.xla: .... Call myaddin.macro1(arguments) .... This work perfectly on Win2000/Excel2000. With WinXP/ExcelXP I'm getting the following error: "Variable not defined" and "myaddin" keyword is selected in VBA editor. So, it seems like the "dot" operator desn't work in my XP configuration (in Excel2000 I'd get automatically a list of macros from myaddin.xla by typing "myaddin.") Please, advise Wojtek |
