Thanks very much for your solution -- of course, it works.
And thank you so much for presenting it in a very organized and
straight-forward manner.

The key is your formula for "BottomRow"; I changed the reference for
"LeftCol" to a reference for SpecialCol (a column that has a value in
the last row of the SS).

One, probably silly, question: Why is it not necessary to "Dim
TopRow"?
