Drop down boxes in worksheet cells
Hi,
Is there any way I can have a drop down box with four selections in each and every cell from ranges (G5:G30). Once a user makes a selection the contents are to be placed in their appropriate cells that they were selected from. Many thanks for your help in advance, Mark |

You will need to go to the Data menu and select 'Validation'. This wil bring up a dialog box that allows you to specify the contents, allowin values from a list for example. Once you setup this validation for th first cell, grab the bottom right anchor of the cell and drag it dow the range you want.
