Drop down boxes in worksheet cells

Hi,

Is there any way I can have a drop down box with four selections in each and
every cell from ranges (G5:G30).

Once a user makes a selection the contents are to be placed in their
appropriate cells that they were selected from.

Many thanks for your help in advance,
Mark

You will need to go to the Data menu and select 'Validation'. This wil
bring up a dialog box that allows you to specify the contents, allowin
values from a list for example. Once you setup this validation for th
first cell, grab the bottom right anchor of the cell and drag it dow
the range you want. Good luck
