Default locking cells based on condition


Hai guys,
here is the thing i need.in my excel i am ahving as follows. there ar
3 cells(all

r drop down). 1st cell has values like Hour,Minute, 2nd is havin
values(1,2..24)

and 3rd is having values 5,10,15,20....60. here if the user select
hour from the

first cell then he has to select values only from 2nd dropdown cell i.
1,2..24.

she should n't select 5,10,15..20 dropdown cell. he has to get som
message when he

did so. and if he selects Minutes from 1st cell then he has to selec
only the

5,10,15..60 dropdown cell but not 1,2,..24 cell.
and also how can i do if i am having a group of cells like 2nd and 3r
cell.

how can i achieve this.i have to use VBScript or is there any functio
to do this

in Excel.i am using MS Excell 2000.
plz help me.
