"anti-harasssment [sic] agency". Usenet is entirely self-policing. And if
there WERE such an agency, don't you think they'd have their own domain
name, rather than relying on folks to remember their IP address?

What happened to all those political posts you were going to post here? I
was looking forward to seeing more of them.
