How can I set a command button to automatically close and then email a
completed user form?

When the workbooks is closed (or emailed) the values in the userform will be
lost. You need to write the values to a worksheet and mail the worksheet or
take a snapshot of the userform and paste that to a worksheet and mail the
worksheet.
