Why should Service Pack make a difference in this routine?

I have a UserForm. User fills it out, hits Print button on form, after item
prints, user gets message box asking "Do you want to Fill Out Another Form?".
If user responds YES then form clears self and user starts again. Here's
the dilemma: Users having Excel 2002 SP2 - Yes, the form clears. Users
having Excel 2002, SP3 or SP1, No it does not clear. This is the ONLY
difference in the users. The command which sets the User form to blanks is
txtEmployee.value="" with the name of each textbox specified. Since the only
difference in users is the service pack, I must conclude that has something
to do with this oddity. But what and why?

Thanks for any brain storms anyone may have.
