Naming of individual points in chart

By using the "Chart tips" in Excel, the name and coordinates of individual
points in a Y-scatter plot are displayed as a tool tip. The point name is the
same as the XValue of that single point.

Doe's anyone know if it is possible to redefine the point name shown in this
tool tip?
