Hi
Outlook Express is also not accessible via VBA, but John Walkenbach
has a method usind SendKeys.
Look at the article on his site

The example is quite detailed and you should be able to adapt it. It
is quite different from the code I sent you, so you would have two
different bits of code to use - one for Excel+Outlook and one for
Excel+Outlook Express.
