GetPivotData and Pvot Table 2003
Hi,
I'm not sure whether anyone have face this problem or not. In using Pivot Table Excel 2003 to connect to an OLAP cube, if the length of path to the cell member is more than 256, eg. "[Data Item].[Total assets].[.........]" has a total lenght of 256 characters, it will only take in the first 256 characters. This result in the path is incomplete and the pivot table does not able to show the value correctly. The only walk-around solution I am using is to reduce the length of the dimension member. Any other suggestions from Microsoft? |
