Playing .wav files (why do a few cause warning messages?)
 

I'm currently using Excel to track thousands of sound effects for a
game. To make my life a LOT easier, I added a field that plays each
sound effect (using media player).

This works great for 99% of the sound effects -- when I click on the
hyperlink they play. But there are four or five sounds that display a
warning message first:

"Some files can contain viruses..." Then it displays a prompt to
either load the file or Cancel. Does anyone know what might cause
this message to appear? Is there something wrong/different about
those particular sound files?

NOTE: I have examined the files in question and they seem to be fine.
They are saved in the same format as all the other sounds. They
don't seem to have any extra "header" type data. I even tried loading
one of the sounds into a sound editor and saving it back out again.
No luck.

Maybe it's not a problem for the game, but I'm still curious what is
causing the warning message with only these particular sounds. Anyone
have any ideas?
