Hey everyone First post. I'm in need of some help. I work for a smal
company but we are growing and I handle scheduling along with my norma
work. It takes a long time to write out everyones schedules so i've bee
trying to creat an excel SSheet that can do something like this:

EmpID Name Sunday Monday Tuesday ect. ect.
11aa Brian 0-10,20-22 9-17 8-10,14-18
22bb Jim 4-8,12-20 17-21 9-17

That's what i'd like my data entry to look like.


But i want the output sorted visually like so bear with me :)

This didn't come out very well basic idea is the X's should represent a colored block instead of a white one in a time slot where the employee is scheduled to work.

So basically i need to get excel to recognize 2-4,6-10 as 2am thru 4a
and 6am thru 10am on monday then graphically display the information.

I really hope this can be done, many many thanks in advance.
