Label - Caption not changing
 

I'm using a label as a "status bar" in my code, but the label's captio
is not changing on the user form until the very end. What this cod
does is, goes through approx 300 people and comes up with a list of wh
is on leave from work that day... the caption is supposed to tell yo
what name it is on and percentage complete, but won't change. I trie
using SetFocus on the label, but was getting an error. Any help
