when i try to insert MSComm32 into a userform in the VBA i get the
following message:

"The control could not be created because it is not properly
licensed."

what am i doing wrong?
i am extremly new to VBA.

I am running windows XP Pro. and have NTFS file system.

Any help appriciated.
