Default Multiple users using a single userform

Hello,

I have a problem that I need some help fixing. I have a workbook wit
a userform. As it is being used, it updates info on one of th
worksheets in the workbook. I need it so that 10-12 people can open i
at the same time and be using the userform. I tried to set it up a
shared, but it say's it is locked by 1 person and no one else can us
it....and if i set it up as non-shared I get the same error...anyon
have any ideas of how to get around this
