Not sure how to put this, but will try.

Is it possible to post data to a spreadsheet on a local
machine, but make it accessible from a web page (ID/PW
required) and do it in real time to reflect on-going
changes? If so, how and what is needed on both ends to
make it work?

ANY suggestions/help is greatly appreciated.
