Dialog Boxes for Excel Program

Hi every body.
I've written a code in VB with Excel.
In one Worksheet1 I'll have to input the details ie., thru Combobox an
option buttons. after this I'll click on a command butto
"GenerateReport", this will give me the finished report as per m
formating in a seperate Worksheet2. Any body tell me how to change th
details in the Worksheet1 to make it like the Dialog Boxes (windows)

I think you need to use a Userform in this case. As far as I know ther
is no way to convert wks to userfom automatically so need to make
userform like a wks1
