Locked VBAproject due to macro fault????

Well i have added the missing component by opening another worksheet th
same time creating the button and then switching back to the non workin
one and deleting and then re attatching the toolbars....BUT....th
project is still locked and unviewable...is this because i am on
different machine to the one i created it on? the both use excel 2000.
