retrieve and update data from a dbf file
 

Hello,
Is there a way I could programmatically retrieve values from specific cells
from a dbf file and paste them into my cells in an Excel worksheet?
Moreover, I need the Excel file to be updated each time the dbf file content
changes. Is there a way?
