Default How do I keep a running total of time?

I have a time accounting sheet that total time spent per catagory and dumps
to a chart. The problem I have is that once the running total of time goes
over 24 hours it gets divided out and my chart becomes invalid. Can I not
just have a running total where the bottom line could equal 80 hours?
