Unable to read file
 

I set up a forecasting tool using Excel 2003. It was
developed on Windows XP. I distributed the tool to the
sales force. A few folks on Windows 2003/Excel 2003
receviced an unable to read file error. I had some
security macros run on startup and there were some MS
Query queries from Access, but none that needed to be
refreshed.
Anyone encounter similiar issues?
