Can you explain to me the activeworkbook.saveCopyAs please

1. Does it leave the focus in the current directory. If I
then do a save will it stay in the current location or
has it moved to the SaveCopyAs location

2. Will it overwrite a file without a warning and if so
is there any way to ask for confirmation before
overwriting?
