HELP, dont know how to describe this in a subject line
 

i thought more about it and if I used the second sheet in the Compan
Discounts.xls workbook as the companyname.xls sheet could I then us
this:

=-INDIRECT("'C:\PCS Connection\[Compan
Discounts.xls]Sheet1'!$D$"&'Sheet2'!$A$1)

or would I need

=-INDIRECT("'C:\PCS Connection\[Compan
Discounts.xls]Sheet1'!$D$"&'C:\PCS
Connection\[Company Discounts.xls]Sheet2'!$A$1)

??
