ListBox drag & drop
 

I have a form with ListBox1 and ListBox2. I have the drag and drop code
from the example.

I have 2 questions.
1 - can I show grid lines in the listboxes?
2 - when I select and drag from ListBox1 into ListBox2, I want it to align
with a selected row in ListBox 1. In the example below I have selected E
from ListBox1 to drag and drop into ListBox2. I want E to align with C in
ListBox1. It would look like this:

is that possible?
