Looking up two conditions

Hi All,

I have sheet that contains names in column A and
monthnames in row 1 vertically. There are data under each
month for each name. On a seperate sheet how can I look
up matching the name and the month? Thanks for your help.

Looking up two conditions

=Index(Data!$A$1:$M$200,Match(A1,Data!$A$1:$A$200, 0),Match(A2,Data!$A$1:$M$1
,0))

Assume name to lookup is entered in A1 and month to lookup is ented in A2
Assume the data is in a sheet named data. On this sheet named Data, assume
Names are in A2:A200 and Months are in B1:M1, data to be returned in
B2:M200, A1 is blank
