How about some sort of "browse" button in the body of a worksheet whic
when pressed can let you browse your pc and then paste documents int
your existing excel spreadsheet

How about adding a button from the Forms toolbar.

Then assign it a macro that displays the:

application.getopenfilename dialog.

There's an example in help.
