Shared Worksheets w/VBA

Hi
you can't change macros then the workbook is in the shared
mode.

-----Original Message-----
I have a client that has an issue with using a shared

workbook that has VBA
code within it.

When it is in the Shared Workbook mode, people are unable

to save changes.
Which means the only way for people to utilize the

spreadsheet is to turn off
the Shared Workbook, which defeats the purpose.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Any solutions?

Client is running XP
Professional and Excel 2002.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not trying to change the macros. Users aren't able to make changes and
save the workbook in SHared mode with there being Macros in the spreadsheet.

The macros serve functions and are intended to be use by whoever is in the
shared workbook. But when someone makes a change to the workbook they are
unable to save their changes unless the work book isn't in shared mode.
