format cells
 

I often need to format an excel file like this,
I need to make the backgroud color the same every other 8 rows,

Like: the first 8 rrows is blue, the next 8 rows is green,
then next 8 rows is blue again, the next 8 rows is blue,.
Is there a way to do this?
