Displaying HTML code in .CSV file Excel 2002
 

I am facing a problem in .CSV. I am creating a database report in cs
format, but If I open that .CSV file in EXCEL 2000 it works properly.

But If I open that into EXCEL 2002 it shows all HTML code. Can any on
help me out what's the exact problem !!
