controlling from xls , word events
 

hello, I have some problems to control the event documents.close for
excel.
I know that I have to use Withevents in the module class,

Public withevents APPWord as application ; why as application?

Private sub APP_Word.Application.Beforeclose (......)

Where and whend I have to define the Word application, in th
thisworkbook module or in the class module?

am I in the right way?
