copy and paste from a grid
 

I have a grid with several columns and rows of data in
Sheet1 one. Running down column A:A is various numeric
headers. I need a code that, when Button1 is pressed,
will search across Sheet1 row 1:1 and find the value that
matches the value in Sheet2 A:1. It then needs to take
every value in that column that does not equal "no" and
place those values in column B:B on Sheet 2.
