Hi,
using the conditional formatting, how do i highlight/fill whole row with colour instead of one cell with color? please advise. regards, Joe |

seems as you have the same problem as me with spelling "colour" and using an international (read "US" loaded) forum :) basically as i understand it, if the row that you want to start the conditional formatting is say row two then make that the top row on the screen first then select the rows (using the row numbers) that you want to apply the formatting to then choose formula is type your formula making the column of the criteria absolute and enter the first row number that the conditional formatting is to be applied to (e.g. =$K250) click on the format button - set the formatting as per usual - click OK twice to apply the conditional formatting Hope this helps Cheers JulieD "Joe" wrote in message ...
