Word VB Problem - Is it possible to create a menu
 

I have a folder containing a number of word and excel documents whic
are hyperlinked together. The Folder is a very large file and takes
long time to send via dial-up. I wanted to make some kind of men
within word that allows a user to pick selected word/excel files whic
they need to send, from the folder and place them in new folder whic
then can be zipped up .
Can this be done using a marco or vb code of some kind.
